By Using Rubber and Silicone Tape

Rubber and silicone tape is thick heavy-duty, stretchy, gummy, and can stick to itself. These tapes work best on cracks in the pipe but not in the joints. Keep that fact in mind to avoid making any mistakes.

To begin with, clean the pipe and fitting with a cotton rag or cloth to thoroughly clean and dry it. Repair tape works well but will work great if it forms a tight bond with PVC plastic, which will happen when the plastic is perfectly cleaned before commencing the operation.
Cut a piece of repair tape and fold it around the damaged part of the pipe or joint.
